DMCA / Takedown Policy

Important Notice

StreamHub does not host, upload, store, cache, or rebroadcast any audio or video content. We operate solely as a directory / index of publicly available stream URLs provided by third parties. We qualify for safe harbor protection under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.

1. Who Should You Contact?

Because we do not host the content ourselves, the fastest resolution is to contact the actual host of the stream or the upstream open-source playlist repository (e.g., iptv-org on GitHub) where the link originates.

If you have already contacted the original host and the infringing link remains indexed here, or if you cannot identify the upstream host, you may submit a takedown request directly to us using the process below.

2. Takedown Request Requirements

To be actionable, your notice must include all of the following:

  • Your full legal name and contact information (email and/or mailing address).
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (e.g., programme name, broadcaster, episode details).
  • The specific channel name and/or URL on this site where the infringing link appears.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

3. How to Submit

Send your takedown notice by email to legal@streamhub.tv with the subject line DMCA Takedown — [Channel Name]. Alternatively, you can use our contact form.

4. Our Response Timeline

We take intellectual property rights seriously. Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice:

  • We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  • We will investigate and, where appropriate, remove the link within 5 business days.
  • We will notify you of the action taken.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe a link was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the address above. Counter-notifications must comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complainant within 10 business days.

6. Repeat Infringers

StreamHub maintains a policy of removing links associated with repeat infringement. Channels or sources that are repeatedly subject to verified takedown notices will be permanently excluded from our index.
